By purchasing a Organic Aromas subscription, you agree to the initial and recurring fee at the rate you choose and you accept responsibility for all recurring fees until you cancel your membership. You CAN ONLY cancel your subscription AFTER receiving three (3) total purchases.
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the products offered. However, in return for consideration in the form of large product discounts, the subscription program has certain limitations that you must be aware of.
FIRST, In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, you CAN ONLY cancel your membership AFTER completing three (3) purchases.
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the next three purchases by logging in to your account on the Organic Aromas website homepage and choosing to unsubscribe.

Warranty Information and Refund Policy
Your diffuser comes with a 12-month warranty, starting from the day you have shipped your packaging. Warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. If you find your diffuser not working when you first arrive or within the first one (1) year, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
This warranty does not cover diffuser glass clogging, malfunction caused by using carrier oil in the mix, damage or tearing of gaskets and rubber hoses, or other damage caused by misuse of diffuser.
The customer will be responsible for shipping and / or part of the cost if it is determined that the malfunction of the diffuser is caused by misuse as described in these instructions.
Please keep the warranty card in the proper place. Will not be replaced once it is lost.
In case the product has been used correctly but the product is normally defective, the Company will provide one year free maintenance service as specified here and in the operating manual.
In case of product defect, please provide the product, accessories and warranty card to your original (online) retailer for servicing.
Organic Aromas does NOT offer free maintenance for the following situations (likewise for products still within the valid warranty period):
1. Malfunctions occurred one year after the date of purchase.
2. Deliberately changing the purchase date and other information.
3. Malfunction caused by fire, earthquake, storm flood, pollution, natural disaster, war or other external factors.
4. Malfunction caused by drop or transportation.
5. Damage caused while operating the product and scratches or stains caused by dirt or other factors.
6. Malfunctions caused by self-disassembly, modification or repair.
7. Normal wear and tear of LEDs, accessories and other consumables.
8. Problems caused by not using specified essential oils
We reserve the right to ship / ship our products, together or separately, from our operations headquarters or from other third party fulfillment centers as required or needed.
