We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but we realize that some items may not be suitable for some customers. This is why we have a 7-day question-free return policy. If for any reason you believe our products are not for you, you can return them for a full refund (perishable items such as essential oils must be opened) within 7 days from the date you receive your package.
Please note the following steps:
For a refund, please notify us by email with your order name and number within 7 days of receiving your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
For obvious reasons, we are unable to resell used items so we are unable to accept returns after 7 days.
For items that have been stored or used for more than 7 days, we will back them up with a free one-year FREE full-service parts and service warranty. If you have any problems, we will repair or replace your product (essential oils not included) for free within 1 year of purchase.
If you wish to return, you will need to apply for a Return Merchandise License first. Without an RMA, returns cannot be completed.
Wait for Organic Aromas staff to notify you via email and confirm return request and stock status.
Once accepted, please carefully pack your items in their original condition (damaged items cannot be accepted) and in original packaging and resend them via prepaid postage for:

We just wish you full happiness and satisfaction. We offer this 7-day return policy as a courtesy to our valued customers. Naturally, we cannot resell used items. This is only intended so our loyal clients can rest assured that they are in good hands with Organic Aromas.
After 7 days, we offer the gold standard, one-year free parts package and a service warranty on all our diffusers. If there is any defect or if the product is damaged for any reason other than neglect or abuse, we will repair or replace it for one year from the time of purchase.
For perishable or consumable items, such as essential oils, we apologize, we cannot accept returns.
